Symptom

  • S1DM Defects cannot be confirmed
  • Error message appears when choosing confirm in My Defects app:

          You cannot set status due to status profile Customizing or authorizations 

  • In the long text of the error message you also see the following:

           The 'Before Change' event for 'E0008S1DM0001' returns an exception in the user exit (CRM_STATUS 524)
