3094897 - Home Screen Adaptation overrules Personalization

Personalization is removed for users on the Home Page when there is an Adaptation done by Administrator.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Home Page
2. Click Personalize/Adapt
3. Adapt --> For User Role
4. Make necessary changes
5. Click Publish
6. Update all Cards

Users for the adapted business role see that their previous personalizations are removed.

If you select the "Update all Cards" button when saving homepage changes, the personalizations of any users on the edited role will be lost.

This is expected system behavior.
