In Recruiting, when proxying as someone else, users can access the Careers tab and see any information from the Candidate Profile, including Jobs already applied and Referral Tracking, from the User, being proxied.

Admin User can revoke this ability by granting the permission " Hide Careers Tab for Proxy User" in RBP. If granted, when proxying as another user, the Careers tab will be hidden.

Steps on how to grant this permission:

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles
2. Select the Role you want to grant this permission
3. Permission button
4. Under "User Permissions" tab > Recruiting Permissions
5. Select the Permission " Hide Careers Tab for Proxy User"
