3095013 - New hire has a termination record with onboarding once cancelled

Candidate who was once cancelled Onboarding and re-initiated from RCM has a termination record under Employment Details.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding from RCM
2. Cancel onboarding
3. Re-initiate from RCM
4. Hire the candidate
5. Once the candidate became active, a termination record can be found under Employment Details.

Once onboarding got cancelled, a No-Show event would be inserted into jobInfo. 

The No-Show event is a termination which termination date is equal to the original start date.

Hence, in this scenario, a termination record would be created under Employment Details after re-initiating and hiring.

Please delete the termination record manually.
