3095019 - Offer showing Option ID instead of Picklist Label on field from Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

On a field coming from the Job Requisition template, when creating the offer the field instead of showing the picklist label shows the Option ID.

1. Populate the field on the Job Requisition;
2. Open an application;
3. Generate a new offer;
4. Go to the field and notice that there is an Option Id on the value instead, or no value is shown.

This is due to a mismatch on the picklists between the fields.

To resolve this, a correction on the picklist selected for the mapped field should be done, either on the Job Requisition or Offer Detail template. Both templates should have the same exact picklist selected on them for the fields mapped in order to the mapping to work correctly.
