3095048 - 'Select all XX candidates across all pages' grays-out options in candidate solr search

When performing a solr search with candidate info, and when all candidates are selected by checking the candidate ID radio button, another yellow banner of  'Select all XX candidates across all pages' appears. When you check the radio button on  'Select all XX candidates across all pages', the options on the right hand side: 'View Resume', 'Forward to colleague', 'Forward selected to Job requisition' and 'Send email' greys-out.
