3095101 - Discount in a kind functionality in ARBERP (Suite Enablement) Ariba integration add-on?

You have a purchase order which you try to send to Ariba. The PO using the "discount in a kind" function so that an extry line item appears in the PO as bonus free extra beside the main item. But sending is ends in error:

"Error:quantity attribute at OrderRequest.ItemOut.ItemDetail.PriceBasisQuantity must be greater than 0 [...]"

Upon checking the to-be-sent cXML we can see the root cause:

Due to 0 quantity in the PO it failed at Ariba Network as Ariba Network do not allow 0 quantity in PO
