3095280 - SAP Cloud Connector monitoring API access fails with handshake failure

Symptom

A monitoring tool tries to call the Cloud Connector monitoring API via the HTTPS port however the access fails with this message:

Unable to open SSL connection to host

"<sscchost>:8443"

Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: handshake failure
