3095339 - Rejected purchase order behaves differently during workflow restart.

Rejected purchase order behaves differently in Manage Purchase order and Create/Change Purchase order advanced applications.

• Manage Purchase order application: Workflow will re-start if there are no valid change other than clicking on edit and save button.
• Purchase order advanced application (ME23N): Workflow will restart only when there is valid change in the purchase order.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

1. Open Manage Purchase order app.
2. Select a "Rejected" purchase order.
3. Click on edit.
4. Click on Save.

Standard design.

As per 2108 cloud upgrade,  REJECTED Purchase oder workflow will be triggered while saving the order wihout making any changes to the document in manage purchase order app. Purchase order will not be saved without a valid change in the Purchase order advanced application.
