3095462 - Error when opening candidate workbench - Recruiting Management

The operator gets an error when viewing candidate list in the job requisition.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login as recruiter

2. Go to Recruiting tab

3. Open any job requisition

4. Go to candidates tab that applied in the requisition

5. An error will be prompted with fingerprint=ed9a0a684176a2af61eaea130c3e26c2027130f9

The candidate profile has invalid share profile flag.

One of of the system validation in showing the candidate to the operator is their selected share profile flag. If the upserted value is not within the expected value, the system will throw an error when trying to view an applicant list where the candidate submitted their application. The candidate profile is also not searchable using Candidate Search function.

The accepted value in the system are the following: 

0 - Any company recruiter worldwide

1 - Any company recruiter in my country of residence

2 - Only recruiters managing jobs I apply to

while trying to invoke the method com.successfactors.rcmdataprivacy.util.type.CrossBorderSearPrefEnum.getDbValue() of a null object returned from com.successfactors.rcmdataprivacy.util.type.CrossBorderSearPrefEnum.getEnumForValue(java.lang.String) , KBA , LOD-SF-RCM-APP , Applicants and Job Applications , Problem
