Does SAP have access to our cookies?

RMK does access the required cookies.
RMK can in theory access other cookies set on the RMK/RCM domains, but in practice RMK does not access those cookies nor are there any plans to do so.

Does SAP use our cookies for their own data gathering?

There are 3 cookies RMK uses:

1. First is the sticky session cookie, it is not used for data gathering.
2. Second is the JSESSIONID cookie, the value of this cookie is a randomly generated text.
       It is used to:
              a) Allow employees to log in to the RMK site (if ICS feature is enabled)
              b) Ensure that a visitor’s first page visit is recorded as a visit but not subsequent page visits.
   
3. Third is the rmk12 cookie, the value of which can only be ‘1’. It is used to determine whether the user has accepted the legacy cookie banner, and the value of it does not cause any change in what data is stored by SAP.
