3095777 - Process Communication Error in the Sales Transaction

Process Communication Error Sales Transaction XX cannot create a Financials Notification.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Customer Invoicing w/c -> Point-of-Sale Transactions view
2. Edit the Sales Transaction XX (XX represents the Sales Transaction ID)
3. Navigate to Document Flow tab

PCE shows Sales Transaction XX cannot create a Financials Notification

User used different signs for the tax and net/gross amount while uploaded the POS.

For example: You have included Items with TypeCode=5 (gift card redemption) which is with negative value.

Customer need to cancel the POS and then we can cancel relevant XI message to accounting.
