3095850 - Application Error for Rehire when Submit the New Recruit Data Review Step - Onboarding

An application error appears when the hr tries to click in "submit" in new recruit data review steps.

An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorID=ERRORID, timestamp=mm-dd-yyyy, and the version information from the current screen).

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1.  Go to New Recruit Data Review;
2.  Fill all the rehire candidates values;
3.  Click in Submit;
4.  Application error appears.

Dependents personal-id-external was entered in a incorrectly format.

Dependents personal-id-external should be of this syntax <Person_ID_External of New hire>_d<SEQ_NUM>.

Examples: 242321_d0 , 1242321_d1 etc

Import new candidates with dependents info following above syntax and retest. To test current candidate then delete the dependents information from terminated candidate (Inactive) and NHDR candidate and add it later in people's profile after MPH submission.
