3096047 - PI REST Sender adapter generates value with exponential representation (scientific notation) after JSON to XML conversion

Symptom

You notice that PI REST Sender adapter generates value with exponential representation (scientific notation) after JSON to XML conversion. It might cause failure in Receiver API if it can't handle value with exponential representation.

A typical error in XI Integration Sever is that "An exception with the type CX_SY_CONVERSION_NO_NUMBER was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause.
The argument '<value with exponential representation >' cannot be interpreted as a number "
