3096065 - UI problem in Issue Management of solution manager 7.2

Symptom

In T-cd SM_WORKCENTER -> SAP Engagement and service delivery -> Issues (service delivery)->Open one issue -> Under the "Description" tab, following UI problems found:

  • The screen jumps while scrolling the description text box on the screen.
  • While trying to upload the document from the attachment section, the document upload pop-up is not appearing properly and the description text box is appearing instead.
  • The text box is not available.
