While setting up a BIB Integration (Replicating Employee Master Data and Organizational Assignments from Employee Central to SAP ERP HCM (As Of Q2 2017)) the following error occurs in either SOAMANAGER and/or SAP CPI:

Wrong configuration

1. In SOAMANAGER > consumer proxy > CO_ECPAOX_EE_MD_ORGAS_BNDL_QRY, make sure the following is correct as per chapter 5.3.8 Enabling the SAP ERP HCM Outbound Web Services to Set Up the Connection from SAP ERP HCM to the Middleware, point 6. Set up the messaging:
   
   1. Reliable messaging protocol = Select SAP RM
   2. Message ID protocol   = Select Suppress ID Transfer
   3. Data transfer scope   = Select Enhanced Data Transfer
   4. Transfer protocol    = Select Transfer via SOAP Header
