3096330 - Maintain Signatures button greyed out in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates page - Onboarding

After uploading a document and mapping its fields in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates page, the button for Maintain Signatures (Pencil icon) to assign the role for signatures is greyed out and cannot map the roles for the signature.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Admin Center -> Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates page
2. Open the document template that requires a signature and click on  Maintain Signatures (Pencil icon) under the Action Column
3. Notice that the Maintain Signatures (Pencil icon)  comes greyed out.

This can be caused by any of the following: 

1. The uploaded file name has a space or special characters.
2. The correct signature mappings has not been maintained.
3. The uploaded form is not using XDP or PDF format.

1. Ensure to remove the spaces or special characters in document file name and reupload the file after modifying the file name.
2. Ensure you use only XDP and PDF formats.
