Is it possible to prevent a Candidate from withdrawing itself from a Job Requisition?

For example, if the Job Application has already been hired and Onboarding got started, is an option to prevent that the Job Application gets withdrawn.

At the present moment, at the way the Product is designed, there's no option to prevent the Candidate itself to remove the Job Application from the Hiring Process, regardless of the status in the pipeline.
