Symptom

Regarding SD-TM integration, it appears that the sales documents are incomplete. In this situation, there are two possible outcomes:

  • Firstly, user may expect the FU (Freight Unit) to be created despite the sales order being incomplete.
  • Alternatively, if the sales order is modified and becomes incomplete, user may expect any previously built FU to be cancelled.
