3096555 - Talent Hybrid Integration (BizX Add-on): Employee Data and Compensation Data: How to enable fields not provided by standard in ERP

For the Talent Hybrid Integration parts 'Employee Data' or 'Compensation Data', you need to transfer the content of a field from ERP to SF. However, the field is not available in ERP.

Integration add-on for SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Such a field can be added via Data Type Enhancements in ERP. For details please see the documents attached to this KBA.  

Ensure that the spelling of a field name of SuccessFactors SFAPI / Odata Data Dictionary and the name of the enhanced field in ERP are identical (capital letters). 

The employee synchronization can only be enhanced by fields of entity = 'User'.

Employee Integration:
Package 'SuccessFactors HCM Suite Talent Management integration with SAP ERP HCM' 
-> Iflow 'Upsert user data with Custom Enhancement'. (This iflow should be used also if no additional fields are required. Iflow 'User data to SuccessFactors HCM Suite Talent Management' is deprecated.)

For Odata:
Package 'SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite Talent Management Integration with SAP ERP HCM using OData'
-> Iflow 'Upsert Employee using the OData API'

Compensation Integration:
Package 'SuccessFactors HCM Suite Talent Management integration with SAP ERP HCM'
-> Iflow 'Upsert Compensation data with Custom Enhancement'.
