How does the process to reschedule or add an interview works when using Interview Scheduling feature?

- After scheduling the Interview with one specific slot, click to open the Interview scheduled:
- Within the calendar, select a new slot and click on "Continue"; it will display the following pop-up box to confirm the next action:
- Whether clicking on "Replace" or "Add", the action will be the same. Before proceeding with the reschedule or adding a new slot, Candidate needs to be aware of such change, this is why System displays the window to send a notification:
Note: By clicking in "Skip Email", system will not trigger an E-mail for the Candidate. Later you can send a reminder; the new slot is already scheduled (or added), the only difference of clicking in Skip is that the notification for Candidate will not be sent, the view inside Careers Site for Candidate will update the new slot time. This workflow of displaying the box to send a notification is a system design. To see more details about it, review the Guide section "Reschedule and Update a Previously Scheduled Interview".
- When finished, a pop-up will be displayed confirming that the rescheduled occurred successfully. The new slot can be viewed and if you have triggers enabled, all participants will be notified.
