3096753 - "Cannot configure country specific payment info detail fields" in Manage Pending Hire - Onboarding 1.0

The error in shown when select a candidate in Manage Pending Hire: Cannot configure country specific payment info detail fields PaymentInformationDetailV3.[MAIN].[1].[USA].accountType without configuring paymentInfoDetail.[MAIN].[1].bankCountry

1. Login BizX
2. Go to Manage Pending Hires
3. Select the candidate
4. Error throws: Cannot configure country specific payment info detail fields PaymentInformationDetailV3.[MAIN].[1].[USA].accountType without configuring paymentInfoDetail.[MAIN].[1].bankCountry

The candidate does not have keys SAP_BankCountry_Primary and SAP_BankCountry_Primary_text populated due to the panel condition did not match for this case. As the panel has been skipped the values were blank.

First as workaround to eliminate the error the keys SAP_BankCountry_Primary and SAP_BankCountry_Primary_text must be populated in Super Admin.

Then the Panel conditions must match to different types of PayType. There must be a Panel for each type of pay.
