3096775 - Standard Sales Order Message Cannot Be Suppressed in Offline Mode

Symptom

Suppressed messages in Fine Tune Activity occurs while creating Sales Order in Offline Mode.

Environment

SAP Cloud for customer

Reproducing the Issue

Pre-requisite: Suppress the warning message "Please select a territory. Account is assigned to multiple territories." in Sales Order Fine-Tune Activity.

  1. Go to Offline-Mode
  2. Create a new Sales Order
  3. In the account field enter the Account XYZ (XYZ stands for account id which has more then one territories)
  4. The message "Please select a territory. Account is assigned to multiple territories." appears.

Cause

 Suppressing an error message in offline - this is not supported in offline.

Resolution

This is a limitation so if this feature/functionality is required urgently, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.

An alternative option may be to check the corresponding SAP Customer Influence Site to submit an idea:
