3096779 - Changes to Recruiting Posting Reporting to begin in H2 2021 release - Recruiting Posting

Symptom

This article aims to inform customers about the future deprecation of RPO Backoffice Reports.

Environment

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Posting

Resolution

Recruiting Posting Self-service reports were made available to clients in H1 2019 allowing customers to configure their reports themselves. To date, 3 types of reports are available (Job Posting Report, Job Board Credits Reports, Job Status Report).

These reports are intended to replace Recruiting Posting reports that were previously configured by the SAP customer support team.  As we reach the  2 year mark with more than 500 reports configured in self-service, the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Product team has made the decision to depreciate the reports configured by the SAP customer support team.

The deprecation timeline for old reports is as follows:

  • 2021 H2 release: No more new reports created by the SAP customer support team
  • 2022 H1 release: No more changes to existing reports by the SAP customer support team
  • 2022 H2 release: End of support on reports
  • Starting 01/01/2023: Progressive Deprecation of reports until no Backoffice reports are send to customer

Effective 01/01/2023, all customers who have reports configured by the SAP support team will therefore have to migrate to self-service reports. To assist in this effort, customers can refer to the Help Portal for more information.

Also, in keeping with ongoing simplification efforts, please be aware that the customized Pôle Emploi ADO/AOM reports will no longer be supported by our application as of 2021 H2 release  and therefore will no longer be available to send to customers.
