3096823 - Release document value is not updated in contract based on Invoicing Plan - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

Service PO is created with reference to a Contract. If the PO is activated for periodic invoicing plan, the value in PO is not updated to the contract and then the PO can have higher value than the reference contract value.
