3096933 - Get error Address already in use - SDI

Not able to create remote source successfully, in framework.trc file, can see errors like the followings:

In this case, the issue happens with SDI CamelJDBCAdapter and MySQL 5.7.x.x, but it may also happen with other remote sources.
