3096982 - [Onboarding] "Assigned on" date of Equipment task is not as the same day of assignment

Assigned date is showing +1 day for the Equipment tasks

It is expected behaviour for the following scenario mentioned in resolution

Please find below logic and it is expected behaviour for "assigned on". Date will be calculated based on logged in user time zone.

Example :

Case 1: Consider User from India created candidate at 15:00 HRS IST on the 13th of September, 2021.

Result: User from Indian region will see the candidate creation date as the 13th of September, 2021.

           User from Australian region will see candidate creation date as 13th of September, 2021 itself (because Australia is 4.5 hrs ahead of Indian Time zone IST and candidate creation time be 19:30 HRS AUST)

Case 2: Consider User from India created candidate on 20:30 HRS IST on 13th of September, 2021.

Result: User from Indian Region will see the candidate creation date as the 13th of September, 2021.

           However, user from Australian region will see candidate creation date as 14th of September, 2021 (because Australia is 4.5 hrs ahead of Indian Time zone IST and candidate creation time be 19:30 HRS AUST)
