SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
In the Onboarding dashboard or Offboarding Dashboard, we are able to search the New Hires by First Name or Last Name but the Preferred Name search is not working for the Old Dashboard. What are the fields supported for search criteria?

Resolution
- In the Old Dashboard and Offboarding Dashboard we can only use the fields given on the page. Like Tasks, New Hire Name, etc
- In the New Dashboard there is only one search field where you can enter any of these supported values and search: Employee Id, Email id, First Name and Last Name
