3097107 - Error when saving Offer Detail Template - Recruiting Management

An error "An element with the identifier <field name> must appear in the document" is showing when saving or uploading Offer Detail Template.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Edit the Offer Detail Template in Manage Templates or Provisioning
2. Save the Offer Detail Template
3. Error "An element with the identifier <field name> must appear in the document"

The field ID is not defined on the Offer Detail Template.

Before removing any field in a template, you need to remove/uncheck it first to attribute it is being reference to like mobile fields. Once unchecked, you can proceed deleting the field definition in offer template.

Note: Please remove all mobile field permissions first on the relevant field, before attempting to delete the field definition itself.
