3097292 - Connectivity issues from DC41 and DC55 to external sites

Symptom

You are facing outbound connectivity issues between your SuccessFactors Integration center or your SF Boomi Cloud Atom using REST/SOAP/SFTP in the DC41 and DC55 with your destination/external systems.

Checking the logs, you can see that:

  • failure occurs very fast in Boomi with SSL error or java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
  • failure occurs after standard timeout time in Integration center
