3097331 - Vacation Entity Appearing For Internal Hires

When processing an Internal Hire, vacation balance appears on Transfer section

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Manage Pending Hire

1. Navigate to Manage Pending Hire
2. Select an Internal Hire
3. Notice the Vacation balance shows on Transfer section (if the employee has remaining balance)

If the user has the permission of "Show Time Account Balance in Termination Screen" in "Manage Time", then this section will show up.
If the user can see this time account balance in the ESS page, then he/she can see this in this internal hire page. 
Currently ESS and internal hire page are using this same permission to check if the time account balance has to be displayed.

1. Navigate to Manage Permission Roles
2. Choose the role
3. Click on Permission
4. Manage Time
5. Uncheck Show Time Account Balance in Termination Screen
