3097667 - BizX user is still active after cancel activity - Onboarding 1.0

A candidate activity was deleted in Onboarding but the user is still active in BizX system.

Onboarding and BizX are different applications, when a candidate activity is deleted in Onboarding it will not reflect the same candidate in BizX.

Once the activity is deleted in Onboarding this will not reflect in BizX, this is Expected Behaviour.

This affected candidate who is still active in BizX need to be manually deactivated in BizX.
