When and how SuccessFactors customers should implement IAS?

• SAP Jam Collaboration

For new SuccessFactors tenants created after December 9th 2022, IAS is automatically deployed as announced in the following community thread: Identity Authentication Services (IAS) -automatically deployed starting 9th of December 2022.

• For new customers, we are not providing the option to implement without IAS|IPS.

Deprecating basic authentication and 3rd party IDP to SF direct integration IAS/IPS would be mandatory for SF HXM suite starting June 2025, refer to:
