When and how SuccessFactors customers should implement IAS?

IAS adoption will become mandatory by November, 2026. We encourage our customers to complete the migration process on advance, to avoid any issues when the corporate IDP and basic authentication method is deleted. 

• For implementation steps, refer to this KBA 2791410 - Integrating SuccessFactors with Identity Authentication through the Upgrade Center and review above community threads. 
• For new SuccessFactors tenants created after December 9th 2022, IAS is automatically deployed as announced in the following community thread: Identity Authentication Services (IAS) -automatically deployed starting 9th of December 2022.
