3097849 - Incidents of one customer can be forwarded to SAP only by its own S-User from the Solution Manager system of a VAR partner

Symptom

As an SAP customer, you can report an incident to SAP from a Solution Manager system of a VAR partner or Hosting partner. However, the incident can only be forwarded by s-user from your own customer (which is directly supported by partner). It is not possible to forward the incident by an S-User of another customer even though this s-user might have the relevant authorization e.g. "Report an Incident" for your installations since your company and another customer are involved in the same CCC group.
