3097996 - Test Automation Tool - Download Execution Summary

How [No. of success actions] / [Total No. of actions] is calculated in the test plan execution summary.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

1. Open "Test your process" App.
2. Access the Test plan.
3. Click the tab "Logs".
4. Click Download button to download the summary of test plan execution in PDF.

The execution summary provides the summary of test plan execution, it includes the count of No. of successful actions against Total No. of actions of a Process step executed in the test plan.

Note :

1. If user has marked an action as "Optional" and the execution for this action has failed, the downloaded execution summary excludes this action from total actions count.
2. If there is a Skip Formula added for example :$SKIP[$PREVSTEPSTATUS.equals('true'),14 , if this action executes successfully, i.e. if the skip condition is met, then during execution the next actions are skipped and loaded with same execution results of the 1st successful skip actions.  Hence, in the downloaded execution summary, the count includes only the 1st successful skip action as part of the successful actions count, excluding the next skip actions.
