3098577 - Error "HTTP 404 - Not Found" when accessing Classic BI Launchpad Home page

Symptom

  • When accessing BI Launchpad Home page after downgrading the BusinessObjects Platform, the following error appears:

"HTTP 404 - Not Found"

  • In Description section, the message below is seen:

 "The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists"

  • Http 404 error in F12 Error
