3098593 - Document Storage Error in BPE Tile - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Error observed in BPE Tile "Error while accessing the attachment storage service".
  • Occurs at document step and prevents the signature tile from appearing for external user.

Cause

This is caused by heavy caching in the system. 

Resolution

Perform the refreshes:

  1. OData API Metadata Refresh and Export (UI)
  2. RBP Refresh (provisioning)
  3. Once the refreshes are completed, please restart the error in BPE
