Symptom
While trying to configure scope item 3NR system constantly run into the error: "No active outbound service could be found."
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud all versions.
Reproducing the Issue
1. Configure Scope Item 3NR as per Setup instructions.
2. Try to proceed with Invoice Output EDI as per test script.
3. Error message is displayed: ""No active outbound service could be found".
Cause
"No active outbound service could be found" indicates that no business partners are maintained in the communication system.
Resolution
Review your configurations at 2.2.2 Communication Systems step from Sales Scheduling Agreements (3NR) Setup guide.
Kindly proceed with all the steps and review this one '6. Under Business Partner, choose Add to add the Supplier Business Partner ID, for example, 10100003.'
