Unable to fetch form data error while accessing Compliance tile and “Pennsylvania Residency Certification Form”

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as a candidate
2. Click on compliance task tile
3. Start the task,we encounter 'Unable to fetch form data'

The Formfields configured on compliance forms are not enabled in Manage business configuration.

1. Navigate to Manage data>Compliance form, select the affected form.
   
   Note the metadataformfields.
   
   
2. Navigate to manage business configuration and check if the fields on the metadataformfields are enabled here, if not enable these fields.
3. Perform metadata refresh once the fields are enabled.
