How to check who enabled/disabled the options in Proxy management under Change the proxy settings for the company?

• Always enable proxy lookup
• Enable Advanced Proxy Management (Proxy Now and Proxy Import)

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Login to SuccessFactors
2. Go to Admin Center
3. Click Proxy Management
4. Enable/disable checkboxes-
   
   1. Always enable proxy lookup
   2. Enable Advanced Proxy Management (Proxy Now and Proxy Import)

As these options are not part of the Feature Settings report via Change Audit, here's a way to determine who is the last user enabled/disabled these options:

Option 1: Always enable proxy lookup

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Select Company Settings
3. Click Data Inspector (if there's no Data Inspector tool, grant the permission via RBP via Manage System Properties > Data Inspector)
4. In Entity, select Table_SYS_CONFIG
5. Under Define Filter Criteria, select the following-
   
   • System Config Key Equals showProxyUserLookupKey

Option 2: Enable Advanced Proxy Management (Proxy Now and Proxy Import)

1. Follow steps 1-4 as above
2. Under Define Filter Criteria, select the following-
   
   • System Config Key Equals ProxyNowAndImportKey

Notes:

• Results will show user ID of "Last modified By" and "Last modified Date"
• If Long Value is 1 means option is enabled
• If Long Value is 0 means option is disabled
• If no record at all, means this option is disabled
