3099101 - System Crash When Trying to Fulfill Shift Program For a Resource

System dumps while you fulfill shift program for a new resource or an existing resource.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Supply Chain Design Master Data Work Center.
2. Navigate to Resources view.
3. Choose New - Equipment / Vehicle/ Labor Resource button as per your business. 
4. Go to the Operating Times tab. 
5. Click the value selector of the Shift Program field. 
6. Select Shift Program ABC (ABC represents the ID of Shift Program), then system dumps.  

The dump occurs because Shift Program ABC was not configured correctly.

Please follow below steps to check the configuration of the Shift Program.

1. Go to Supply Chain Design Master Data Work Center.
2. Navigate to Shift Programs View.
3. Choose and Edit Shift Program ABC.
4. Go to Recurrence Subtab, the Recurrence Pattern is a mandatory field to save shift program. 
   
5. Go to Shifts Subtab, make sure that the Shift Template is maintained. If a Shift Break Template is used in the selected shift template. Go next step.
6. Navigate to Shift Break Templates View.
7. Choose and Edit the Shift Break Template.
8. Make sure the Shift Break Starts After and Duration under shift break program are maintained.

System wouldn't dump after the mentioned fields are maintained well.
