You are performing a Rehire verification and the Job Title information is missing in the matching profiles.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Reproducing the Issue
- Initiate Onboarding for Rehire candidate;
- Check the Perform Rehire Verification tile;
- The Job title information is currently blank.
Cause
Job-Title field is currently disabled in Admin Center > Manage Business Configuration > jobInfo OR it was disabled in the past (during the previous employment).
Resolution
Enable Job-Title field in Manage Business configuration.
