- unable to login to CCM (central configuration manager) with AD account using kerberos receive "internal error"
- Packet scan shows service account sending AES only to AD and AD error "KRB Error: KRB5KDC_ERR_ETYPE_NOSUPP"
- AES Checkboxes on the service account were unchecked
- Service account was working for other systems so checking them such as in KBA 3044381 was not an option
