3099173 - Candidate response to Offer Letter E-mail received after the Job Requisition was already closed - Recruiting Management

A recipient from Recruiting Team receives an E-mail notification about an Offer Letter accepted by the Candidate, but the Requisition was already closed.

Candidate accepted the Offer from Careers Site, triggering the e-mail set for "Candidate Response to Offer"

As follows KBA 2952344 - Candidate accepted an Offer Letter when the requisition was already Closed - Recruiting Management, when the Offer Letter has no expiration date, there is a possibility of Candidate accepting the Offer even if the Requisition is closed; therefore, system is working as expected, behaving to the trigger set for such action. As of now, it is not possible to configure an expiry date for Offer Letters. An Offer will only expire if a new version of it is created.
