3099231 - How can the SAP Customer Data Cloud identity policies be configured with an email verification link time that is not a whole number of hourly based interval?

Symptom

In the Policies section of the SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) admin console, the "Email Verification" > "Customize verification link expiration time:" setting expects the value to be set as an integer for the number of hours that the email verification link is valid before it expires.
