3099612 - Multiple Performance Form Rating Label Translations in AdHoc Reports

Symptom

Performance form rating labels were added to the system in multiple languages and display correctly in Employee Profile depending on the user's default language, but AdHoc Report shows rating labels for all languages.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
  • SAP SuccessFactors Analytics
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to People Profile and see the ratings' label is displayed based on the user's default language:

    • English:

    • Spanish:

    • French:

  2. Run an Ad-Hoc report and see it displays some rating labels in English and others in different languages:

Cause

This is the expected behavior of the system.

Resolution

The profile block will always translate the rating label to a user's default language, while AdHoc reports will always display the ratings label based on the languages/translations added to the system.
