3099693 - Transaction STRUST/STRUSTSSO2 shows red status with error SoapFaultCode:5

Symptom

In transaction STRUST or STRUSTSSO2,  it shows red status for instance entry in PSE folder which could be from the following messages:

  • "File does not exist"
  • "Local PSE does not match original in database."
  • "SoapFaultCode:5 PSEs have different content."
  • "SoapFaultCode:5 PSEs have different size."
