3099882 - Exception aggregation AVG does not work as expected when filtering a dimension to base level members

Symptom

A measure is created with exception aggregation AVG (average) by including all dimensions.  The exception aggregation does not properly apply when you input data at the leaf or node level.

When the value has directly been input at a higher node level, the same value is treated as average (avg.) aggregation, as expected, and according to the exception aggregation settings, the value gets changed at base member level at same proportion.  The average at higher node level is the same with what you input.

When you select another dimension (for example, products) base level (leaf/child) members in a page level filter and repeat the same activity of changing data values, the distribution of the input value to the filtered members changes to average at top node (parent) level.
