1. In the SOAP UI, upload the WDSL for the webservice managepersonnelhiringin and then execute your payload.

2. You will the get the response, RABAX occurred on server side

The issue is that you are using the following section in the Payload :

  <WorkAgreementStatutoryCategoryCode>1</WorkAgreementStatutoryCategoryCode>

</RegulatoryCompliance>

This section is only for payroll which is deprecated. You might not have scoped it.

Remove this section and you should be able to proceed.If you run into a RABAX error again try removing the <PrivateAddress> section.

The system should then be able to give you a proper error message that helps you find the root cause.
