3100028 - Legacy Job Requisition import error: Value of field is invalid for picklist - Recruiting Management

When doing a legacy import through the JobRequisition Import, it fails and throws an error: "Value value in the file of field fieldID is invalid for picklist picklistID."

The value being set in the CSV file doesn't match the label in Picklist Center.

As described in this page of the implementation guide, Requisition Fields for Data Migration, for picklist fields it's required to pass over the label. If the label is not written exactly as it is in picklist center, then the migration will fail as it's required to be an exact match to fill the field. The value is case sensitive.
